Please join us for this year's elections for the Board of Directors.
This is a great opportunity to get to know your new neighbors and Board of Directors!
To be a candidate for the Board of Directors, you only need to have a little extra time in your schedule, some energy, and a desire to serve your community!
If you can’t attend the meeting, you can still be a candidate. Simply contact Hang (see below) and he will ensure that your name, and any other information you want to give about yourself, is communicated before the vote.
Your attendance and involvement in the HOA is very important. Please make every effort to attend.
We hope to see you at this meeting, however, if you are unable to attend, please fill out the proxy form and mail or e-mail it to board@larosameadows.com or send with a neighbor who will be attending the meeting. It is very important that we receive your proxy if you are unable to attend the meeting because it counts toward establishing quorum. If we do not have a quorum (25% of homes present at the meeting), we will have to re-schedule the meeting and attempt to achieve quorum at a later date. This would create additional expense to the Association.
